Proverbs 31:19- ‘‘She layeth her hands to the spindle and her hands hold the distaff’’.

When a woman has added value to herself, she has raised the standard of her life and has gotten to a place of command.

Some women become obsolete. They sit down the whole day and give instructions ‘"you go there, you go do this, you go do that"; bossing everyone around them.

If you are experiencing God’s lifting it is not a place for pride and wrong attitude towards the people further down the ladder. Always remember that you were once there and  if not for the grace of God, you might not be where you are today.

The woman in the above scripture did not sit down and boss others, she also takes part in the team work. She puts her hand to the plough and becomes  a part of the work. This helps you to know your what your workers go through, how they feel and what to do to improve working standards.

Don’t be too distance from your staff or employees. Build a relationship with them, then you will be able to become a boss and a friend in whom they can confide in. Putting your hands to work not only dishing out instructions, improves your experience level and gives  you an edge with a greater understanding of what you command.

There are some bosses that don’t know the job, giving out instructions without knowledge. The woman above is a team player she put her hands to work. Will you join forces this year for greater impact?
