Inside every woman is an ability to grow. God designed us this way. We are made with capabilities for growth. That’s why you can carry a small fetus that will grow till birthing time. Don’t worry if you don’t have a child now, you have a womb so you have growth capabilities. Growth for the going places woman is very significant, and of utmost importance. Not being satisfied with the status quo, she has a strong desire to see growth in various areas of her life.
Committing to growth starts from within . It should not be a forceful suggestion from outside. This should come from the heart of every woman that desires to see her life count as she journeys through this earth. This should be a personal commitement every woman makes without being forced, pushed, cajoled, coaxed, or manipulated. If it’s not coming from within, outside encouragement can’t get her to see or grasp the reasons or understanding of the why, what and how of growth dimensions.
Why Growth? A woman should desire not to be behind pace in her walk with God and personal life. Every woman wanting to move forward in God and otherwise will have a why for committing to growth. She ought to ask herself what should I grow in ? It should definitely be a positive addition to your life. Spiritually, physically, mentally and otherwise. A sincere inward search would reveal the directions God wants you to take.
Being in the milk stage of the word, other than meat stage might not make you attractive for leadership responsiblities in church. Promotion in the workplace might seem far so long as you are a bit slow to make commitement to upgrading your self in your career. Positioning your self for promotion is a key strategy for promotion. It comes from God but with your cooperation to grow in your career. Financail growth seems slow because you still do the same things that bring you the same amount every month. Unitl you commit to financial growth principles it might remain the same. You can be tempted to join the band of women calling their kids ‘terrible two’ as there is no commitement to grow in parenting. You are learning on the job. The subject or course line might seem tough at school/university until you make a commitment to grow in that course line then progress becomes surer. A woman might feel unsatisfactory in her marriage or relationship. The goodies we want to see don’t just come overnight. Until we make a commitement to grow in the relationship. Not leaving the responsiblities to our partners alone waiting to receive all the pampering and we seat back hoping to see things come round one day. For the business to move to the next level having stayed too long at the present position, there needs to be a commitment to research for growth for that next level to be attained.
With a personal conviction and committement to grow, the woman is getting ready for her heights. Our commitement is to see you experience growth without boundaries in every area of your life. Now go have a powerfully growing week!!
