Proverbs 31:23-‘‘Her husband is known in the gates when he takes his seat among the elders of the land.’’

 

 

I was speaking to one of my clients who seem to be very afraid of greatness. She doesn’t want to call attention to herself or be heard of in any capacity.

I wonder what would have happen if God was hiding His greatness from us. We might not really know Him to put our faith and trust in Him. 

Relying on Him with our whole life, He did not hide Himself and who He is. He created the whole world for all to live in then He let us know the rest about Him in the bible.

God has put something in you so that you can bless the world, make an impact in your generation and leave some foot prints in the sands of time. He wants to raise you up if you allow Him. He desires to make you a household name so that your life will become an advert of His goodness. It is for His glory not for selfish desires or pride.

This woman in the verse was well known as God has made her very great until her greatness created a place for her husband among the nobles and respectable people in society. She has moved up in heights until her husband has to be recognized among the great.

Woman of God don’t be scared of greatness it’s your heritage your father is no small God therefore He brought forth great children on earth. Great God great sons and daughters you are one of the top riders on earth. Move into your position and reject being small. It’s very roomy above. Go take your place that is God’s desire for you. He is not consulting your background or educational level before lifting you. Are you willing to go up to your position of greatness?
